Kite Beach Location

Always something happening at the Kite Spot in Curacao. On windy days you can enjoy watching the kites come and go in the bay. But there’s more! At the Beach Bar you can order refreshments or book tours!

A gated area ..

The front port is open everyday from 9 am till 7 pm every day. Visitors are asked to park outside the second gate at Kite Beach. Entrance is FREE of charge. We do appreciate you ordering something at the bar however.

Facilities

There’s a toilet and shower on the premises. These are only accessible when the bar is open or when one of the kite instructors is at the location. There is shade around the bar area. Also you can rent a beach chair and enjoy the spectacular view.

Beach Tennis Rentals

At Kite Beach there’s a large beach tennis field with soft white sand. Perfect for a sporty day in the sun with your family or friends. You can rent beach tennis equipment at the bar. Check with Randy for opening times (see below).

Tours & Activities

New at Kite Beach is our adventurous SUP Tour. With a boat we tow you upwind all the way to the other side of the beach. From there you embark on a journey along the coastline in this amazing natural environment. You can choose for a guided tour or explore on your own (for experienced SUP-ers)

An Event Location

Kite Beach is the perfect location for your birthday party or next event. Our secluded location has a special feel to it. You can plan a cozy day at the beach bar or organize a bigger event. This peninsula at Sint Joris can host up to a 1000 visitors.

Here's how to get there ..

Drive to the Aloe Farm and then follow the road down to the Ostrich Farm. You have to pass the entrance of the Ostrich Farm drive all the way to the shoreline via the sand road. About a 100 meters before reaching the shoreline you’ll see a port at your left side with the indication “Private Property”. Enter this port and drive to the second port at the entrance of Kite Beach. You can park your car outside of the port or ask at the bar to park inside the premises.
